Minute Moments is a monthly creative laboratory mixing artistic, political, social and philosophical ideas, an audiovisual playground that explores every creative possibility that film has to offers. From fiction to pure experimentation and visual poetry, anything goes. The challenge? To create short films of exactly 60 seconds flat.
Every month, a growing group of artists meets to share films inspired by a common theme. The event is free and open to all, and this month it takes place at Librairie Drawn & Quarterly. Bring your QuickTime videos in DV-NTSC format on a USB key, iPod or external hard drive on the night of the event. The films will be screened and then be posted in Moment Factory's online gallery.

Librairie Drawn & Quarterly
Minute Moments est un laboratoire créatif mensuel alliant l’art, la politique, la communauté et la philosophie. C’est un terrain de jeu audiovisuel permettant aux artistes d’explorer les possibilités du court métrage. Fiction, animation, expérimentation, abstraction ou poésie visuelle : tout est permis. Votre défi : créer un court métrage d’exactement 60 secondes.
Chaque mois, un groupe d’artistes se réunit afin de partager leurs courts métrages inspirés d’un thème commun. L’événement est gratuit, ouvert à tous et, ce mois-ci, il se tiendra à la Libraire Drawn & Quarterly. Apportez vos courts métrages QuickTime en format DV-NTSC sur une clé USB, un iPod ou une mémoire externe le soir même de l’événement. Tous les films seront présentés sur grand écran puis affichés dans la galerie virtuelle de Moment Factory.
