A few selected excuses:1) Both the film itself and the film's soundtrack are included in little library-style envelopes on the back endsheet.
2) The book's slant - it's basically a series of interviews with some of the artists who helped with the film in different ways.
3) Two-page spreads of papier-mache rats rocking out.
4) One of my all-time favourite Tom Robbins quotes has an entire page devoted to it.
