Pictures from last night's hangout with Berlin Reed!

Berlin Reed, chef, butcher and author of The Ethical Butcher was at the store yesterday evening! He facilitated a beautiful event, featuring his book and zine, plenty of casual chatting, and an assortment of scrumptious home-made ice creams and sorbets from underground ice cream frozen treat-makers La Crème Clandestin. (If you've never had basil ice cream, you really, really should try some. Take it from this very recent convert.)

Berlin took to the stage briefly, but explained that he prefers to interact with an audience one-on-one, instead of from the relative remove of a raised platform!
