The conclusion of Margaret Atwood's MaddAddam trilogy is here!

Ok we know you have been waiting and it is TIME! The appropriately-titled conclusion to Margaret Atwood's MaddAddam trilogy has landed, so we can all fix our itchin' to find out what happens to Zeb, Toby, Jimmy the Snowman, and the other key players in her frenetic post-global-pandemic scenario. The final installment not only maintains the momentum from Oryx & Crake and The Year of the Flood, but keeps it building through the climax and aching denouement. And though this might not appear to be super "serious" reading at first glance:

Way to scare the pants off us all, Ms. Atwood! I personally prefer my biobeings without a side of apocalyptic mutation, though her stark satire does make for wicked good reading and a good reminder to take a second to think about the impact of our collective bad habits in the here-and-now. If you haven't hit up this trilogy yet, now's an excellent time to do it in one go!
